We’re big fans of a food so delicious that you can eat it straight from a cart and it’s still amazing. That’s basically the story behind Piadina, a passion project for a native Italian and his wife, who wanted to combine this traditional sandwich with a healthy dose of the California lifestyle. Lightened up but still bursting with local produce and traditional Italian flavors, Piadina brings a taste of Perugia to SoCal, along with ever-rotating seasonal gelato flavors, kid-friendly options and a lot of Mediterranean warmth.
