We were going to write a blog about the marketing strategy, social media content, and influencer program we put together for Hatch Yakitori + Bar. But what you really need to know is this. The food is incredible. The cocktails are too. Don’t let the location at the Bloc dissuade you. Hatch is somehow both off the beaten path, and also right in the middle of downtown. Chef Erick is combining his passion for Japanese cuisine and technique with the flavors he grew up with here in LA. It’s not fusion, just food that’s filled with soul and flavor. That’s the story we’ve been telling on social media and through email.
As a restaurant branding and marketing agency, we go to a lot of restaurants. (A LOT!) And while we love all of our clients, the food at Hatch stands out. Grab a seat at the bar and let the staff or chefs point you towards the best dishes. Better yet, ask chef to explain the meticulously crafted ingredients and sauces. We’ve spent a lot of time there, capturing social media content to fill the feed and getting to know chef Erick and the team, and everything we’ve tried has been remarkable. Hatch is an unsung downtown dining destination that everyone’s heard of.
