There’s not a single shred of kale on their menu and that’s something to be said (there are Brussels sprouts but these are old-school badass sprouts, not trendy gastropub ones). While their menu stuck to their guns the brand had become a bit diluted over the years. To stand out against their something-for-everyone-fast-casual counterparts, we brought the brand back to its roots. Bold, genuine, and unapologetic, with their Cowboy rousted from retirement to champion the new voice.
